The company Chemosvit Fibrochem s.r.o. is part of the strong holding Chemosvit a.s., whose main activity is polypropylene products for various applications. The company is located under the High Tatras in the Slovak Republic. The traditional production of yarns began in 1934. First viscose and later polyamide fibers were replaced in 1974 by polypropylene fine fibers under the name PROLEN®. During its more than forty-year history, PROLEN® has become a globally recognized brand. Own technological and production know-how and advanced management procedures are a guarantee of long-term stability for every customer. Chemosvit Fibrochem s.r.o. is today the strongest and most experienced producer of multifilament polypropylene fine fibers in Europe.

The company's product range includes :

polypropylene textile and technical multifilament yarn PROLEN®, mass dyed (flat textile, flat technical, textured high elastic, textured low elastic, air textured),
special polypropylene yarn (microfibers, hollow, profiled, UV stabilized, antibacterially modified, soft, flame retardant and other types of yarns),
colour masterbatch (more than 300 colours),
PROLEN®SOCKS (casual, sports, medical, antibacterially modified, cycling, work socks),

Since 1996, the company Chemosvit Fibrochem s.r.o. is the holder of the ISO 9001 certificate, and since 2011 we have been the holder of the ISO 14001 certificate. In 2006, we obtained the Oekotex Standard 100 certificate in product class I for PROLEN®. According to this certificate, PROLEN® meets the human-ecological requirements of this standard set for products for children.
